WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Operational ownership from day one
You are a strategic operational expert who leads with committed connection to the vision and an obsession with detail and client service. Your warmth is engaging and creates dynamic interactions that allow you to build trust quickly and influence outcomes with genuine confidence.
This is not a role for someone who would be comfortable in a purely operational job. You will be the person who ensures PLCo programs run without friction, our clients are served exceptionally well, our coaches are fully resourced, and our CEO is free to lead, sell, and build.
For the first 12 months, you will go deep into the operational foundation. You will learn our clients, our methodology, and our standards from the ground up. From there, this role grows into leading a small team and genuine business leadership alongside our CEO.
We’re looking for someone who is experienced in supporting the growth or scale of a serviced-based business from an operations responsibility. Not someone who thinks they can grow into the role.
THE ROLE
What you’ll do
Coordinate all leadership programs from sale to completion, ensuring seamless delivery at every stage.
Manage the full range of client stakeholder relationships to deliver consistently exceptional experiences.
Partner with coaches to deliver outstanding quality every time, proactively briefing, resourcing, and supporting.
Develop and continuously improve internal systems to align with the future we are building.
As the role matures, partner with Karen on operational strategy and team management.
